Pre-planning is all the research I have gathered that have interested me, which lead me to concentrate on the rap and trap music genre. All the research made, have impacted on the decisions I made later on for the main task. I have analysed many music videos carefully as well as album covers and the artists to have more knowledge about this genre and this style to then use in my main task. The things I looked at were: the costumes, editing, camera shots, location, colours, songs and their words, the artist's background story, the music video's meaning etc.
